Honestly, I'm quite happy with it. It arrived with the incorrect setting for the UK, so the flush wasn’t very effective, you know? After chatting with the folks at Washloo, they clarified what needed to be done, and everything got fixed. The controls are straightforward, and to be real... I should've opted for one of these earlier. Fantastic product!

We had been on the hunt for an electric bidet for a few months, but there were only a handful available in the UK, especially if you wanted a full unit instead of just a seat. Our preference was for a floor-standing model, ideally tankless. The Washloo company had exactly what we needed, so right before Christmas, we decided to order the Premier all-in-one bidet. The folks at Washloo are truly amazing—super friendly and incredibly helpful. Even during the holiday season when they were closed, they still managed to respond to my emails. Now that’s what I call customer service! As for the bidet itself, it’s something we wish we had gotten ages ago. Just a couple of minor points: the high settings on the seat and dryer can get pretty warm, and the outer toilet lid could’ve been a bit sturdier. All in all, it’s a solid piece of equipment, supported by fantastic customer care.

The Washloo bidet seat arrived in under a day after I placed my order, and this was just days ahead of Christmas. Kudos to both Washloo and DHL for that! Communication was top-notch among everyone involved.

This is a fantastic item and a really supportive company. It's quite a bit of cash to shell out, but I picked Washloo because I was totally sure that if anything went wrong, they'd be there to assist and resolve it, which is super important in today's remote world.

Over the last three years, I've purchased three bidet toilet seats from Washloo. One was for a house we’ve since sold, while the other two are for our current place. I’m about to grab a fourth one for a shower room upgrade for a family member. Dealing with Washloo has been a breeze, and their delivery is quick and hassle-free. There’s a little hiccup with the hot air feature on one of the seats, but Washloo assured me it’s an easy fix, and they’ll walk me through it.

Got it the very next day. Simple to install, but I had to call in a plumber and an electrician to get everything connected. Now, we’re all enjoying clean behinds and we’re definitely using way less toilet paper!!!
